Joe and his wife Andrea became the Youth Pastors at Family Worship Center in 2003. Joe graduated from Marshall High School and then graduated from Northwest University with a Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology and a Bachelor’s in Biblical Studies with a Minor in Youth Ministry.  Pastor Joe and Andrea were married in 2000 and have four amazing kids- Joey Franco, Felicia Franco, David Franco and Antonio Franco.

Pastor Joe and Andrea are passionate in their service to the Lord in reaching families in the Portland/Gresham area. 

 

After 20 years as the Youth/College/Men’s Pastor, Pastor Joe and Andrea were voted in on February 4th, 2024 as the new Lead Pastors of Family Worship Center.  They believe and know that God has great things in store and are excited for what God had planned.  - “The Best Is Yet To Come”
