If this is your first time at Ignite, you may be wondering, What is Ignite?
Ignite is more than just a youth rally it's a movement of students pursuing a deeper relationship with Jesus Christ. Our vision is to see young people passionately worship God, become firmly rooted in His Word, and boldly live out the purpose He has placed on their lives.
This year's theme, "Worship in Spirit & Rooted in the Word," is a reminder that worship is more than the songs we sing it's a life fully surrendered to God. When our hearts are led by His Spirit and our lives are grounded in His Word, we become the generation God has called us to be.
Jesus said in John 4:23–24 (NKJV):
"But the hour is coming, and now is, when the true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and truth; for the Father is seeking such to worship Him. God is Spirit, and those who worship Him must worship in spirit and truth."
The Apostle Paul also reminds us in Colossians 2:6–7 (NKJV):
"As you therefore have received Christ Jesus the Lord, so walk in Him, rooted and built up in Him and established in the faith, as you have been taught, abounding in it with thanksgiving."
Our prayer is that every student leaves this rally with a greater passion for Jesus, firmly rooted in His Word and empowered by His Spirit. We believe God has placed unique gifts and purpose inside every young person, and when those gifts are surrendered to Him, they can make an eternal impact in their homes, schools, churches, and communities.
As you prepare for this incredible night, make prayer a priority. Come with an open heart, expecting God to move in a powerful way. Believe that lives will be changed, hearts will be renewed, and faith will be strengthened.

What to Expect
The evening begins with a warm welcome from Pastor Joey and David Franco, followed by an unforgettable time of worship, a powerful message from our guest speaker, Brogan Groth, and an opportunity to respond during altar call.
After service, stick around to enjoy games, fellowship, and time to build meaningful friendships before the event concludes.

Sessions with Brogan Groth
Brogan and Sarah have been married since 2021 and have twin daughters, Harper & Everly. Previously, Sarah was in ministry for 6 years & Brogan for 12.
Most recently, they served together as youth pastors at Horizon Community Church in Tualatin.
Their official title is Mission Associates of Campus Missions. We are grateful to God for a growing team & pray that God would continue to help Youth Alive reach Oregon for Jesus.
They love to travel, watching 90's sitcoms, cooking, concerts, board games, and going to Target, Starbuaks in hand

My name is David Franco, and I serve as an intern, leading worship and playing instruments. I believe that worship is a profound way to recognize the presence the Holy Spirit and to express our love for God. We invite you to join us we celebrate and strengthen our connection through music and community.
